[attr="class","healingpost"]Spirits have always been the guidance for the Shiriki Nation in paving its path. As the spirits change so does the heirarchy of the nation. Wisdom bestowed upon the Chieftain and Shaman are used as guidance for changes to be made. New ranks or removing ranks are always followed by the soft voices of spirits.
Chieftain + Chieftess - 1/2
The leaders and figureheads of the Shiriki Nation and it's tribe. They guide the nation of their own volition, following in the footsteps of his ancestors and traditions. They leads along side his life mate, or perhaps the surrogate bearing their child if they don't desire to take a life mate. When they die their first born offspring will take over the tribe with the guidance of their previous life mate, that is if she or he still lives as well. If the Chieftain has no offspring, the Shaman will ask the spirits for guidance to find the one with the closest blood relation to the Chief. If he completes a specific task then he will become the next Chieftain. The head of the Shiriki nation is unbiased in its gender roles, allowing both male and female leaders to be at the helm.
Shaman -0/1
A person very connected to the spirits, if not the only mouth piece of them. This tribe member can speak to the spirits and feel their presence around them. They are a source of wisdom and guidance to the Chieftain and Chieftess, assisting them when needed. They hold no leadership power but can provide useful guidance to the whole tribe. When it comes to rituals and the celebrations that the Shiriki Nation holds, they are usually the ones to lead them.
Witch Doctor - 0/5
As Witch Doctors, they are the tribe's source of healing and empowerment. They tend to the injured and sick of the Shikiri Nation, relying on the jungle to provide them the means for medicine. The path to becoming a Witch Doctor is the same with any role, but is more determined by the Witch Doctors themselves rather than the Chieftain.
Spear Holder
Essentially the warrior role of the Shikiri Nation. They are trained in combat and fighting to serve as guards or as warriors of the nation. They're built for bulk rather than speed, able to take hits and hit back even harder but not necessarily on the fast side. They go through a series of trials that they have to complete before they can become a true Spear Holder, once they do they are given the gift of their spear which they will customize as they age. They can range from elite Spear Holders, more designed for protecting the Chieftain, Shaman and Witch Doctors, or average Spear Holders who generally protect all
Tree Runner
The equivalent to the Shiriki Nation's scouts, built for speed and of course scouting. They are usually sent with Bone Hunters to scout the area for prey or with Spear Holders to scout the land for upcoming attacks. They're quick and relatively silent, skilled in both running along the jungle floor and up in their trees. Their typical weapon of choice is a knife that is achieved during their final trial to become a fully fledged Tree Runner. Very rarely are they ever used for assassinations, but most do share that ability as well.
Bone Hunter
Hunters of prey for the bellies of the tribe. They are expert trackers and hunters, with their primary weapon being their bow. They are fast and observant, and the second most silent steppers of the Shikiri. Their main weapon of choice is their bow, which is made during their first trail and used in their final trial as well as after when they become an official Bone Hunter. Depending on their level of skill with determine how many hunts they go on. Some Bone Hunters take a more farming approach to providing food.
New Spirit
Children that have just left their Youngling stage and are beginning their training to be an adult to the Shikiri tribe. Being that as the Shikiri Nation has no common rank, New Spirits are very carefully looked at for what they do best and are put under that respective rank to train. Those who don't have any noticeable traits are cycled into a rank regardless, but usually it is clear what fits them best as time goes one.
Milk Mothers
Pregnant women of the Shikiri Nation, or ones that bear milk. They don't do much for the nation besides tend to the children and babies, providing a motherly environment for them. They also make great surrogates for Chieftains who haven't picked or have decided not to chose a life mate.
Younglings
Babies and young children of the tribe. They stay as younglings until the age of twelve, where they are cycled under an adult who is ranked in what a child shows promise in. They don't have any hard tasks to complete and mostly spend their days playing and enjoying what all children should.[attr="class","healingclass"]
